7311-small.png EWLX 7311 - SD-18: 7311 was built for the Chesepeak & Ohio Railroad.  The C&O became part of the Chessie System (now CSX) where it received it's current and very distinctive paint job.  After bouncing around several locomotive leasing companies, Everywhere West Locomotive Leasing purchased the 7311 as a non-running locomotive which was about to be scrapped.  EWLL has finished doing a low voltage rewire on 7311 and is currently finishing up some odds and ends to put it back into service.  If you are looking for a strong puller, this is it.
